After experiencing flooding issues in our finished basement for the past several years, we hired Liquid Foundation Repair to investigate the issues and come up with a solution. Of all the quotes we requested from various companies, theirs was the only quote that addressed all of our issues. We ended up having a new French drain system installed and had all of our downspouts in the back tied in to the system. We have had several huge rains, including one that was a record breaking rain, and the system has worked beautifully! Where we would have flooded before, our basement is now dry and the system clearly handles the water in the way it should. There were no upsells on things we didn't need, and he didn't come in with a solution already in his mind. He looked at what we had and figured out the best solution. Other companies had their products they wanted to offer but didn't want to think outside of that.

Liquid Foundation Repairs installed a French Drain in my backyard a few months ago. I waited with my review to make sure that it woks. Had lots of rain since then and it works like a champ!
Troy is very respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. Both him and his crew are punctual and hard working. The wok couldn't be started right away due to lots of water and mud. Meantime, Troy called me several times so that we can agree on the proper time to start the job. They had a hard time because the entire work area was still a mess. They worked hard for several days and did an awesome job!
I had a big tree trunk that fell over from the golf course next to my backyard and flattened my fence.
They disposed of it and fixed the fence without charging a dime! They specialize in multiple jobs, so hire them with confidence! You won't be disappointed!

Install surface water runoff drainage system

Liquid Foundation Repairs installed a perimeter French drain system for my yard after I had been experiencing drainage issues around the back and side of the house. It's a locally owned business, and Troy was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The system drains water exceptionally well and was installed quickly and efficiently.
